I am sad to hear of Frank's passing, and would like to express my condolences to his loved ones. It was always a fun event when he came over to our house with the carpet van when I was a kid. He will be greatly missed and the Watkins Glen downtown area won't be the same without him.

So sorry for your loss. His father was a blacksmith and we met him years ago caring for our horses. We got acquainted with Frank through snowmobiling many years ago. Chub was the light of his life. He will be missed by many! Again, we are sorry for your loss. Neva and Harold DeWitt
