Celebration of Life
Condolences
this first time I met Missy I thought she was so darn girly with her dolls and nice manners that I couldnt take her seriously. We were playing by a tiny pond near aunt Helen house, and aunt Helen came out and told us not to play there. When I saw the look on Aunt Helen's face, I realized how much she valued Missy, and that helped me value her too, even though she wasn't a boy! every memory of all of your family members is a happy or pleasant one. Thank you all for all you have given the world..
Our hearts are broken for your family. Melissa was a beautiful and free spirit. Sincerely, Ed Grow and Peg McGreevy
Our prayers are with you. Neil & Marlene Cassata, wrpc
Carole, Jim, Candy, Kath, Patrick and family,
There just are no words to comfort you during this loss. Mic was a force, an infectious smile and laugh; she always had our back and I loved how she fought for her family or close friends. She left her mark on so many of us and we are forever changed to have known and be loved by her.
We will forever have a gap in our days as we move ahead without her. She adored you all and will forever be watching (and protecting) from a different viewpoint now.
May we all share memories of her! There are so many. "Because you were the best of us, because you taught us to be good and courageous", forever in our hearts Mic!
Much love, Laurie (Robbie will likely share her own)
My heart is broken to loose our precious Melissa. She was the most loving person I’ve ever known. She is the angel we all need to watch over us. I am sure she is playing with her Boone and has my Aggie playing with them too. I look forward to joining her, my husband, Don. Her grandmother, Nana, Uncle Dave and the rest of the family. I love you Mitzi!!! I will miss our wonderful conversations. Give your Uncle Don a kiss from me! Hugs and kisses sweetheart.
My deepest and heartfelt condolences to Jim, Carole, Candy and to all who loved her. I along with her Uncle Dave spent much enjoyable time with her and family which were always filled with laughter, love and full of enjoyment. It is difficult for me to accept Melissa has passed but her infectious laughter will eternally ring in my heart. She was greeted at heaven's gate by her Aunt Patricia, Uncle Don, Uncle Dave and many other loved ones who welcomed her with open arms. May God Bless those who are left behind and grieving for her and bring them comfort in their abundant beautiful memories...
Jimmie and I are truly heartbroken when we heard of Melissa‘s passing. We were so fortunate to have been able to spend many fun times with Melissa, Candy, Kathy, Carole and Jim ..Melissa was the kind of young woman that you felt you knew your whole life. She was kind, funny, and loved by so many..Our hearts and prayers go out to all of the family…Heaven has welcomed a new angel………
I grew up down the road from Melissa’s old house. She was the reason I had a dog named Booney too. She was like a big sister or an adopted aunt. She was a good friend and always lit up the room. I was blessed to have been apart of her life.
I met Melissa thru Friends & did not know her well , yet in hearing
of this loss I am saddened, Funny how some people just stay with
you even after a short time, she had that magic.
Prayers to you all
I am so sorry to hear of Melissa's passing. I worked with Melissa as Travelers Insurance. Always full of life with a huge smile and contagious laugh. My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who knew Melissa
